Torch suggestions #12

We have a way to light un-lit torches but appear to have no way to put out a lit torch, can we have one?

Can players be able to ignite low grade charcoal blocks by dropping a lit torch on it?

I like these ideas and will discuss implementing them, there is no real reason for either, but I do like the idea of things being more immersive :)
