Random crash while exploring Erebus. #686

Description of Issue: Server randomly crashes while people exploring Erebus, i couldn't figure what causes it exactly i guess it's just a random thing just like i thought. Version: Erebus-1.0.25.jar Minecraft: 1.12.2 Forge: 2808 https://pastebin.com/y3Nueg5W and happened again https://paste.feed-the-beast.com/view/ce79b04f
