ASCII UserData mode for Frsky (Str18)

What new feature/ability do you want?

 A generic way to pass messages on Frsky 'downlink'

What is the expected output?

 Model can send short messages onto the 9X display.

What version of the product are you using?

 Latest SVN

Yes, it uses the HubData inefficiently but as it otherwise is completely unused 
why not.

Could easily do multiline etc....

Here is a little edited version...

It implements a 18x4 character virtual display....

Basically it's meant to be used so that alerts/messages would come on line1 and 
lines2-4 would contain telemetry information

-first line is visible on telemetry screens 1 and 2
-all four lines visible on screen 2
-The LAT/LON screen is broken... 
-old data is not indicated in any way
