Buggy telemetry screens layout

1. Turn on transmitter
2. Press "Up" or "Down" keys several times until telemetry data appears 
(Lat/Lon/Alt/Spd)
3. Press "Right" key several times until custom telemetry screen appears (empty 
by default)
4. Press "Right" key one more time and take a look at telemetry screen with A1, 
A2, Rx and Tx and alarm values.

"A1=" text label is in place
The A1 value is located one text line higher than it should be and not aligned 
with "A1=" text label.
"A2=" text label is located 2 text lines higher than it should be.
The A2 value is at topmost position and it is overlapping timer value and not 
aligned with "A2=" text label.

5. Press "Right" key one more time and take a look at the next telemetry screen 
with A1, A2, Rx and Tx values only.

"A1=" text label is right above "Rx=" text label which is probably correct
The A1 value 4 text lines higher at the same position as on previous screen and 
is not aligned with "A1=" text label.
"A2=" text label and A2 value are at the same positions as on previous screen 
and not aligned neither with "A1=" nor with each other.
