SSL Error #73

Facing this issue on server, have tried downloading all certificates, opening ports, changing servers, different proxies. Everything runs fine on personal local PC.

Proxy: <aiohttp_proxy.connector.ProxyConnector object at 0x000001D2281D0250> | Error: Cannot connect to host ipinfo.io:443 ssl:True [SSLCertVerificationError: (1, '[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:997)')]
