Improve battle log appearance #106

Now it should appears only at the start of battle. Problem: it breaks save compability for some reason All variables of battle manager should re-initialized but for some reason show_battle_log is still missing after load my old save

the compatibility code only gets run when the game's version gets changed. next patch will be called 7.2 anyway, so that should be okay.
