always show vanguard range #50

Suggestion: Range of vanguard should be shown anytime. Right now it can be seen only when you aim to enemy unit

Question: If out of range then vanguard shows animation and no red fire across map... maybe change it?

I agree. I think I'll have to modify the mousetracker for this... I'll look into it.

it seemed to work when I played around a bit earlier :/

is this in skirmish? I still haven't really touched that yet.
