Fix shit with ending turn while weapons is active #86

Not sure if anyone already fixed that, but i do not see on latest master

At least i had problem with leaving red aims on other units and weapon description on screen. It removes that

Dunno why but it was reverted https://github.com/vaendryl/Sunrider/pull/49 I dont think there would be a problems with Renpy because of these issues, but i guess better to have it fixed?
