Adds the portuguese language without region #59

I added the portuguese translation, also tested on my project it worked. First I have added with region BR which is the current translation, but to follow the project current pattern I removed the region resulting on version-pt instead of version-pt-rBR.

I commited to the master because I don't know this project patterns.
