"ionic cordova build android" does not work anymore.

Error:

What went wrong: Execution failed for task ':transformDexArchiveWithExternalLibsDexMergerForDebug '.

java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: com.android.builder.de xing.DexArchiveMergerException: Unable to merge dex

Sorry about that. After reinstalling jdk it worked. Please, delete the issue.
