Create helm repository #4

The goal of this project is also to be able to run in kube, so we need to create the helm releases to automate the deployment. Most likely we should also integrate it with Prometheus operator and create a Service|PodMonitor object.

I'll rely on you here, I don't have a Kubernetes at hand.
