Description
I tried to play with the code found on tutorial but df.viz.heatmap(df.x, df.y, what=np.log(vaex.stat.count()+1), selection=[None, True], limits='99.7%') yields an error.
df.viz.heatmap(df.x, df.y, what=np.log(vaex.stat.count()+1), selection=[None, True], limits='99.7%')
I downloaded .ipynb from here
df.select(df.x > 0) @vaex.jupyter.interactive_selection(df) def plot(*args, **kwargs): print("Mean x for the selection is:", df.mean(df.x, selection=True)) df.viz.heatmap(df.x, df.y, what=np.log(vaex.stat.count()+1), selection=[None, True], limits='99.7%') plt.show()
