Нет доступа к Google Play и многим другим сервисам с планшета под Android 4.0 #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Настроить точку доступа
2. Подключить планшет
3. Интернет через браузер работает, Youtube 
тоже (хотя и не сразу заводится), Skype тоже 
работает.
4. Google Play и многие приложения не пишут что 
нет подключения (хотя через 3G или обычную 
точку доступа работают)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ожидал полностью рабочее интернет 
подключение. А в итоге 50 на 50 работает. 
Непонятно что не так. Повторяется как на 
планшете, так и на телефоне - везде Android 4.0

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Same symptoms. Phone HTC One S, Android 4.1.1 stock HTC firmware. With Android 
4.0.3 also didn't work.
