Current behaviour

Static boxes on Vagrantfile and Dockerfile
Missing kmod module from Dockerfile

Expected behaviour

Add new extra dependencies on Dockerfile: kmod, rsync, samba
Upgrade vagrant version to 2.4.1
Add ARGs to make vagrant box and version selection dynamic
Add kmod (modinfo) on Dockerfile
