Photos wont download #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When downloading photos
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see photos in the folders that photograbber creates.  Instead the 
folders are created but after wating for the download to finish there are no 
photos.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows r83

Please provide any additional information below.

I also have this issue. There are only folders with no images

I'm a first time user and partially satisfied.
Indeed, some albums weren't copied, even when I started the procedure all over 
again, the same albums were missing. I noticed however that the albums that 
failed to load were all of the previous year (2010), perhaps that might give a 
clue.

I have the same problem as described above, no albums are downloaded when 
finished. Some albums are recently created and adapted. OS vista 32bit.

after downloading i cann't find any picture.
means there is nothing

Greetings, I think I am having the same issue: I click on "Begin Download," and 
i get a window that pops up asking for the directory, I choose the location, I 
click, "OK", but then ... nothing. I am brought back to the main window, with 
the "Begin Download" button still highlighted (active)...
