Unable to login at times and unable to download any photos after login #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open PG.exe, Click login
2. Paste code from browser as provided to pg.exe
3. Gives Error message "Non-recoverable error, try again! 'name'" Then after 
clicking ok another message comes up: "Error occured - See the logfile C:\Blah 
Blah Blah for details"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to login properly and for it download all the photos of friends

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm on Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit

Please provide any additional information below.
I tried emptying out my cache and everything
