CANNOT PASTE???!!! #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start the problem
2.logged in
3.can copy the code but...CANNOT paste to the software!!!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
not way to paste to the app....

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
this is r38.....and i am using win7 64 bit
