It's not perfect, but I added logic by referring to three-dxf.

FYI I am currently working on dimensions basic implementation in dev-dimensions branch. It is almost complete for the first MVP, just need to add some arrows and ticks rendering. I hope I will finish this in a couple of days and will make a release with this feature.
