Explicitly call landrush_ip_installed and landrush_ip_install #236

Depending on the provider, landrush-ip does not get installed prior to landrush_ip being executed. See also https://github.com/Werelds/landrush-ip/issues/5. As a workaround Landrush itself can call these capabilities.
