…Readme, Usage, Troubleshooting and Development, the last three are in the Docs folder. This PR converts the existing markdown Readme and Contributing into Asciidoc Readme and Contributing. It also splits the doc into Readme, Usage, Troubleshooting and Development docs. The last three docs will reside in the docs folder of the repo. Interconnection between docs has been provided by interlinking the docs and a few additional lines providing the context. Minor language corrections have also been made.
