A STORY:

1. character
2. conflict
3. resolution

they are NOT testing your LITERATURE SKILLS

PROBLEM - SOLUTION is the KEY here

• creative ability to think of problem solution pair and convey it as a story.

BASIC COMPONENTS OF A STORY

a checklist: must have these for a good story for this exam

• [ ] character(s)
• [ ] the plot
• [ ] the conflict
• [ ] final resolution

3. personified clock, icecream, axe (best solution, problem + wild creativity)

why only positive stories???

• the examiner will JUDGE you based on your answer; so take a SAFE bet lol
• make it easy for the examiner to comprehend and accept the answer
• abstract, negative, questionable, open-ended stories: AVOID
  • nobody got time for that
