  1. there is a well-defined procedure to record for pnoi-phone
  2. how difficult is it for users (3 personas: doctor, patient, caregiver) to follow the procedure?
  3. how to design the pnoi-app to guide users to follow the procedure accurately, and visualise non-intuitive information.
