Nobody to help me?
Hi @kamargbackpacks
Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we can't help you. The 'Something Went Wrong' is a problem on the Facebook side. The connection process does not go through the last step and you are not redirected back to your WooCommerce site. You will need to contact Facebook support for more information and help. One thing that I would check is the account quality of you Facebook site and Business manager. Both can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/accountquality This section sometimes lists what are the problems with your setup.
Best Regards.
I try to connect my Woocommerce site www.kamarg.net/de with the shop (Commerce account 393193372384039), catalogue (159583649698669), Facebook (434335633392942) and Instagram accounts (17841402974385750) (Business id 2467999323457158).
It is so weird as this worked flawless for 4 years now but since a hack of our Facebook account on 8th of August our connection to WooCommerce has been severed and I was never able to reconnect the shop again.
π Isolate the bug
I have deleted and reinstalled the plugin. I have also deleted and re-setup the catalogue/commerce account in Facebook.
βοΈ Describe the bug
The connection between WooCommerce and Facebook cannot be established. The setup ends in an error:
The WooCommerce Catalogue is not connected or uploaded to Facebook. The setup is not finished and product sync etc cannot be edited in WooCommerce. The plugin continue to inform me to set it up.
πΆββοΈ Steps to reproduce
I did a screen cast of the steps taken:
Re-installing the plugin https://youtu.be/jvKBNB3v3-U
Running through the setup process until error code (screenshot above) https://youtu.be/S-wXve4mXag
Checking in Facebook Business Settings to see that no Catalogue was added or synced. https://youtu.be/sF3MfqzmwxU
βοΈ Expected behavior
The previous and expected behaviour is that the setup completed and an WooCommerce Integration has been established. The catalogue was filled with the items from my store and synchronized.
I had a WooCommerce integration previously established correctly (see below) but it was no longer connected to my WooCommerce Shop after the hack which is why I deleted in hope that the plugin would re-setup it again. Since then the "App" data source has never been created again.
I want to have the original functionality of the plugin back: "With this plugin, you can install the Facebook pixel, upload your online store catalogue, and create a shop on your Facebook page, enabling you to easily run dynamic ads."
