Create README2.md #10

Changed the name of the README file else everything is same.

This wont work fine - since README1 and README2 files are not readable by the Github directly. also INDEX.md. If i see the first view of our repo - on Github repo - there is no documentation available down there. because now its called INDEX and not README. the same for other folders - README1 and README2 are not treated as README by github. so merging this change would basically wipe all the documentation that is visible to us right now.
