its my first opensource contribution so i need a little guidance. i am unable to find countributions.md file

it's not necessary to have a contribution.md file. I am also new, recently I started a contribution in hactoberfest also I have completed all 4 PRs now I am trying to participate as a maintainer. Therefore, I created this repo.

Guidance:

  1. Read readme.md file. You got to know how to contribute or make a pull request.
