Remote Desktop (RDP) Support #468

Hi,

I know it's called "superputty" but I think it would be really useful to add 
Remote Desktop (RDP) support in the tool.

Even though network administrators usually manage network devices through SSH, 
there's often a Windows server somewhere we need to access too ;)

mstsc seems to behave well windowed. mRemoteNG has this functionality and the 
source is available at https://github.com/rmcardle/mRemoteNG - It would be 
great if we could get that functionality added to SuperPuTTY as it's interface 
is much cleaner than mRemoteNG.
