Trying to use Google Voice with sipdroid

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simply making a call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the call to complete but instead after 3 seconds i get immediate hang 
up. 

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
sipdroid 2.4 HTC Touch Pro 2 Running XDAndroid Gingerbread build

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
Im trying to use google voice

Which type of network are you using?
Google Voice over public WiFi

Please provide any additional information below.
I try to place a call by opening the dialer , dialing number , pressing send , 
i get the green placing call screen then after the timer reaches 3 seconds it 
immediately hangs up the call , no error messages nothing .

I've been using this service for roughly a month now and this just started 
today. I don't think its sipdroid because I also used csipsimple and had the 
same issue. I think its something to do with pbxes.org. No idea but this just 
started today and I haven't made any changes to my information.
