in stanby it goes to RED dot #1019

hi, i use sipdroid 2.4 and connect to pbxes  when my phone turn in stanby , 
when i wake it up my dot on top left is often RED so when someone try to call 
me it goes to my voicemail or it just do nothing , no ring ans no tone..... i 
have to click sipdroid icon and it re-connect and come back green.

i use TCP 
should i check or uncheck control Wi-Fi power ? (now it is check)
should i check or uncheck  select wi-fi- AP ? (can someone explain what it is ? 
)
