SipDroid as default dialer #1065

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Dial a number in the normal phone keypad
2. Dial the number 
3. Choose GSM 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If I am choosing GSM I'm expecting to call from my provider, not from Sipdroid

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
Sipdroid Version 2.7; Samsung Galaxy S3/Android 4.0.4

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
1&1 and sipgate. Receiving and outgoing calls work great...  

Which type of network are you using?
wireless and 3G (provider 1&1)

Please provide any additional information below.
I am expecting to choose from dialing if I want to dial from 1&1 or Sipdroid.
