cannot answer call without unlocking the screen

sipdroid version 2.7

device: samsung galaxy S2

When the screen is off and locked (with a PIN) and an incoming call came in, 
the phone rang, but the screen stayed locked and there was no answer button to 
answer call without unlocking first.

Experiencing same problem.

sipdroid version 2.8

device: 
Nexus 4: must unlock the screen before sipdroid incoming UI
Nexus 7: doesn't require unlock. goes straight to sipdroid.

Both devices are stock and have pattern screen unlock.

Same here with Galaxy S3, this is very annoying ... tested with 2.9 beta 
version. Notice that I have an old build here (version 1.3.14) that does not 
suffer from this issue.

This is a regression, I have reverted the changes made to Keyguard related 
stuff in CallScreen.java and the issue was gone.
