add preferred call type: ask when available #1077

Hi

I think there should be an aditional preferred call type:
"Ask when available"

This would great for all people which use Sipdroid only via WLan. In 3G Mode 
all calls would be regular calls. If WLan is avaiable, Sipdroid would ask the 
user if he wants to call via Sipdroid or do a regular Call.

Right now I am using "Always ask" call-type. This is a bit annoying as i don't 
want to use Sipdroid over 3G and the call-type message keeps poping up with 
only one option: regular call.
Another possibility would be simply to disable the message if theres only one 
option to choose from.
