server entry field extra space causes failed registration #683

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. account settings, Server or Proxy and enter server name
2. add "extra" space at end of server name eg 'sipgate.com '
3. registration will fail with time out. Removing extra space allows 
registration

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected registration, instead registration timed out.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
1.5.7 beta, Froyo/ 2.2

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
sipgate.com

Which type of network are you using?
UDP

Please provide any additional information below.
Many keyboards eg swiftkey insert this extra space as a default- and it's easy 
to miss. Believe trimming input in this field, the domain field and the STUN 
server field will resolve.

Sipdroid 2.2 beta is still affected by this bug. Trimming input or give a 
message that a it couldn't find host for registration could help.

This may not be the correct place for this but is a similar problem to above. 
If white space is entered in the phone number when dialing - such as a 
leading/lagging space or space in between, then the dialing fails eg this would 
work "12345678" but this will not "1234 5678".
