Background Sipdroid autostarts when WIFI is detected #721

When the system starts up, Sipdroid's process stays hidden and starts whenever
WIFI is detected.

This is a security risk because when the device is connected to a public WI-FI
hotspot, user's SIP credentials are exposed to the public in plain text. As a
work around, the user can start the Sipdroid frontend manually, then Exit, then
connect to the public hotspot safely. But many users tend to forget about the
app running in the background when they need internet access, and by the time
they realize it it'll be too late.

A fix would be to have a option in Sipdroid to allow the user to launch the
application manually.

Note this is not the same issue as 124

You can setup a VPN... Or you can use PBXES.ORG.

But I concur that having an option to start Sipdroid manually should be feature.
