Bluetooth disconnect causes phone to crash (regression of 560, HTC Glacier 2.2.1) #764

Disconnecting a bluetooth headset causes my phone to reboot when running
sipdroid 2.0.1.

This appears to be a regression of bug 560. I've tested sipdroid 1.5.7 and it
does *not* exhibit this problem.

My phone is an HTC Glacier (US T-Mobile MyTouch 4G) and it is running the
T-Mobile provided Android 2.2.1.

Comparing RtpStreamReceiver.java r574 to r586, the previous bluetooth cleanup
workaround is disabled if Android==2.2.1. I am assuming this is the cause of
this regression (at least for my device).
