International Dialling Prefix "+" #765

One thing that bugs me is that sipdroid cannot use any of my phone contacts. 
The reason for this is that, in accordance with recommendation, I have stored 
all my contacts using the "+" prefix and the country code, so all my Irish 
contacts are stored with the prefix +353 and all my Dutch contacts with +31 and 
so on.

It would be great if sipdroid could interpret the "+" prefix as indicating the 
international dialling code and replace it with "00" or whatever is appropriate.
