Sipdroid + GV + pbxes + Verizon

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.cant make calls
2.i can hear my own voice
3.dialer doesnt make out calls 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when i dial a call it makes nothing just sits there instead i hear my own voice
i get a red light so its connected
this is on 3g network 
strangely i can receive calls but starting from yesterday i stoped receiving 
calls too!!

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
latest version

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?

Which type of network are you using?
3g verizon
