new account linked with gv incompletely created #780

I deleted an old pbxes account and then used the create an account linked to gv 
feature. It claimed it created the account, but sipdroid could not connect. I 
have used sipdroid in the past on this same access point/router. When I try to 
log in I'd just get a database error and could no longer get to their web page 
until I deleted cookies. I tried resetting my password and now I can't log in 
at all, with the new or old password.

N1 running 2.0.1

Additional note: It has apparently successfully setup the GV trunk. If someone 
tries to call in they hear half a ring, a click, and then it's hung up. If I 
disable the forward calls to Google Chat in my GV account, then incoming calls 
work properly.

Is there a new build I should test or was that account just canceled and I 
should try again?

I *have* tried again, but now I'm getting Issue 747
