Problems when compiling under eclipse #827

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download source from SVN using Subclipse (i have eclipse galileo)
2. Issue a "android update project -p . -t android-7" on the root of the project
3. Build the project

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected that the project gets built, however, i get 249 errors when i do 
this.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
Version of sipdroid: Latest SVN as of today January 29th of 2011
OS: Windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
I've just added some code to support huawei's front facing camera but haven't 
been able to successfully compile SIPDroid, neither before i did my changes. I 
would like to add support to this device and i'm willing to help.
