Registration timeout every time #831

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download Sipdroid 2.0.1 beta
2. Click "New PBX linked to my Google Voice"
3. Fill in the fields and press "Create"
4. After "OK" is displayed wait for notification light to turn green
5. Times out, notification is red

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect that with default Sipdroid settings and a new PBXes account it
would register. This is different than other issues like this because I had
Sipdroid and PBXes working fine for like a month before this happened. More
details below...

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
Sipdroid 2.0.1 beta with Nexus One and Froyo

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
pbxes.org

Which type of network are you using?
tested on 3G and WiFi

Please provide any additional information below.
I created a PBXes account and linked it to my Google Voice account to make
calls through Sipdroid about a month ago. Until yesterday it worked fine,
making clear calls and registering whenever I had a data connection.

Now it times out every time during the registration process. I tried
uninstalling and reinstalling Sipdroid, deleting the trunk from my other PBXes
account and making a new free account, but still it won't register. I'm
wondering if this is due to some sort of outage PBXes is having?

I noticed on the PBXes forum from a news post...

"Starting today all paid users may register their Google Voice trunks from
their PBXes. This is an additional option to SIP and ENUM protocols within the
trunks menu. Google Voice uses a different protocol than SIP to interconnect
over IP. It's called Jabber or XMPP."

Would these changes affect free accounts inadvertently?

I have a free PBXes account and Google Voice forwards to Google Talk, all the
settings were working and then, without any changes, it doesn't work. I could
go back to using Sipdroid with my Gizmo5 account, but using PBXes was better.

Also I think maybe Use WLAN, Use 3G are off by default--turning them on should
be a step to reproduce
