WIFI connection even when it's set to disabled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set a Sipdroid SIP account to use 3G and EDGE but don't use WIFI
2. Start sipdroid with 3G connection but phone WIFI disabled (registers fine)
3. Enable the WIFI interface of the phone, and sipdroid loses connection and 
cannot connect again
4. Disable the WIFI interface of the phone, and sipdroid reconnects, registers 
fine on 3G again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Should not care of the WIFI status when not set to use it.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
sipdroid 2.1 beta running on ZTE Blade, android 2.2 froyo flb-R9B

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
sip.neophonex.hu

Which type of network are you using?
T-mobile 3G/EDGE (HU)

Please provide any additional information below.
This public WIFI network is limited to allow through port 80, so it's normal 
that's VOIP is not working on it.
