Cannot connect to iax2 (Protocol) account on HTC Desire S #971

my SIP account uses iax2 protocol.
I have Android 2.3 based HTC Desire S.
I tied changing UDP and TCP protocols but the app always tries to connect but 
unsuccessfully.
