Can Not complete a Call #977

I installed SIPDROID 2.0 and connected to my existing Google Talk account (new 
PBXer account)

I am able to login and get the Green Dot showing connected,but when i try to 
make a call i get a nice female voice saying "Your call can not be completed at 
this time ..."

I've been using this service for roughly a month now and this just started 
today. I don't think its sipdroid because I also used csipsimple and had the 
same issue. I think its something to do with pbxes.org. No idea but this just 
started today and I haven't made any changes to my information...frustrating
