HTC EVO Registrtion failed (time out)

What steps to clarify the problem.
1.returned my pbx account back to default
2.remove user info and re-enter
3.un-install sipdorid app, and re-installed

What Android ver.?
un-rooted stock Android 2.3.3

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?

sipdroid 2.4 from the android market

Please provide any additional information below.

the htc evo was working fine up to about a week ago, all of a sudden all that 
comes up is "registration failed (timeout)"
did the reset of my pbx acc, changed port number, looked thru google voice and 
everything is fine, my wifi 4g device is working normal.
i'm just runing thru wifi and now it's driving me kinda crazy going thru all 
the treads.
