Facebook Status not updated. Return Status code :403; Message Not Posted #188

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Im trying to update the status of a Facebook and Twitter user in an Android 
app. The issue only happens in Facebook, twitter works.
2. Im using socialauth-4.4.jar and socialauth-andriod-3.2.jar.
3. User logs in using adapter.authorize(activity, provider); (adapter is an 
instance of SocialAuthAdapter).
4. When I try to do adapter.updateStatus(message+System.currentTimeMillis(), 
new MessageListener(), false); I receive an error "message not posted"

This is the stack trace:
SocialAuthError(10951): org.brickred.socialauth.exception.SocialAuthException: 
org.brickred.socialauth.exception.SocialAuthException: Status not updated.

I have configured my app in Facebook account and the logging works but maybe i 
need to grant more permissions to share.
Where can i find a good guide to configure the Facebook app top share using 
your library?.

Hello Vineet

by using socialauth-android-sdk-3.2 while posting the message in facebook, i'm 
getting 403 as a responce code.
i followed each and every word of your guidance in the provided links
please help me to solve this issue,

ERROR:
SocialAuthAdapter(2556): Selected provider is facebook
SocialAuthAdapter(2556): Provider already connected
FacebookImpl(2556): Calling api function for url 
:https://graph.facebook.com/me/feed
Status(2556): 403

I have this same problem like you said Sandeep.
I can post image using Twitter but facebook nope.
It was working for the same jar versions earlier I mean I had a facebook app 
called "Demo1" but recently I made a new FB ID and added a new app called 
"Demo2" but it is not posting any more after I made a new app on an fresh 
facebook ID .
Same error as u are getting Sandeep .
Please reply to this issue or any updates ..please mention here

I tried but same result Upload Image status::403

According to that facebook has been upgraded to 2.0 and u need to upgrade ur 
app to that .Due to which my new app I created is not working due to improper 
permissions set from facebook developers page,.
Also do we have to review our facebook app inorder to get permsissions like 
user_photos ,etc....that really is a long way than socialauths documentation 
has covered.
Please upgrade socialauths documentation as soon as possible.

Anyone can say how can i solve this problem ? 
I tried all the things and my code and keys all are perfect.
I use latest sdk.

Replace the socialauth-4.4.jar with attached jar file (test_social.jar). And 
check Facebook sharing will work.
