mansos_server.py not working correctly with path

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. cd to mansos home
2. sudo python /tools/web/mansos_server.py

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Path problems, script works only if run from /tools/web dir.

Operating system: Ubuntu 12.04 - testbet.edi.lv

Any additional information below: This is crucial to run mansos_server from 
init.d
