The release of manifest version 3 added many more APIs.

Beta

[ ] declarativeNetRequest is now stable as of Chrome 84

I don't get much time to maintain the library anymore. @Yash-Singh1 @fikstoday if you guys wanna help out, you can create a PR, I will be more than happy to merge it.
