Availability at Github and as Bower package #317

It would be great to have this library hosted at Github and also be available 
at Bower as package so its easier to manage with other packages in development 
process.

What feature would you like to see added?

Add this library to Github and Bower

Now I am using following packages from other developers:
- marker-clusterer-plus: https://github.com/mahnunchik/markerclustererplus
- styled-marker - https://github.com/just-boris/styledmarker
