YouTube API is out of date #268

What steps will reproduce the problem?
First the URL is wrong I had to updated it.

The try to use list channel using Google_YoutubeService

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Get the channels list

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Get "No filter selected" 

Please provide any additional information below.
I looks like it does not work with the new api V3

Have you tried svn checkout the source code instead of downloading the zip file?

We have recently updated with new samples for YouTube, so hopefully should be 
resolved.
