I don't understand, how I can begin to use CSS Primer.
2. Expected behavior
It would be nice, if you add screencasts, how CSS Primer work.
3. Actual behavior
No effect.
4. Steps to reproduce
The problem is reproduced for me in a version of Sublime Text without plugins and user settings.
I install Primer CSS via Package Control → I restart Sublime Text → I open file test.html → Ctrl+Shift+P → CSS Primer: Prime CSS From HTML File → nothing occurs.
5. Environment
Operating system and version:
Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 64-bit EN
Sublime Text:
Build 3126
