Improvments from the cecam tutorial

What do we learned from our cecam tutorial:

1. Add direct link to googlecode and install wiki page to votca main page 
(www.votca.org)
2. Do not allow build.sh to use "WHERE/TO/INSTALL/VOTCA" as a prefix (done)
3. Add more commands and fix typos in Cecam Tutorial 
4. Put the public link to the google document on the www.votca.org

I will move the google tutorial page to the votca.org to have it available for 
the next CECAM meeting. More commands can be added later.
